We remember, we fight!
Together against right-wing terrorism and racism

The racist murder of Ferhat Unvar, Hamza Kurtović, Said Nesar Hashemi, Vili Viorel Păun, Mercedes Kierpacz, Kaloyan Velkov, Fatih Saraçoğlu, Sedat Gürbüz and Gökhan Gültekin in Hanau will have its third anniversary on 19/02/2023.
Three years have passed without any of the open questions being properly cleared up: Why was the emergency exit of the Arena-Bar locked? Why could the emergency line not be reached? Why can the father of the perpetrator continue to threaten the victims` families? Why is the myth of the ‘excellent police work’ upheld to this day?
But we know: The website of the perpetrator with his confession was online days before the crime. At least 13 of the SEK-officers were part of far-right chat groups. Instead of a complete investigation, the victims were degraded and the relatives harassed. They receive racist threats and the commemorative initiative 19. February is put under pressure. With the myth of the lone-wolf terrorist the murders are being depoliticized and the necessary counteraction against racism is discredited.
There are no isolated cases when racism is systemic!
Hanau was not an unfortunate coincidence. It was not simply the wrong people in the wrong place at the wrong time. This attack is one of many sad incidences which make it clear that the racism which is embedded deeply in our society has (terrible) real consequences.
Racism is a mechanism for suppression which has its roots in the beginnings of capitalism through the overexploitation and enslavement in colonialism.
The capitalism, the system we live in today is based on racism. It always needs an ‘up’ and a ‘down’ to work. It profits from the competition between the suppressed and creates hate where resistance could otherwise arise.
It is predominantly migrants who end up in precarious jobs. It is refugees who die at Europe`s outer borders and in the Mediterranean Sea and who are being deported. If they do make it to Europe, they are the ones who are blamed for the lack of jobs, housing and nursery spaces. This comes handy for those who profit from the exploitation of the wage earners in capitalism. Because racism is an easy to distraction from the fact that wage dumping, rising rent and a lacking health- and social care system are actually products of the profit orientated capitalism. Racism covers up the real cause and splits people where there would be potential to fight together for a society in which peoples` needs are at the foreground.
Racism kills!
The sad pinnacles of racist violence are the murders in Hanau, Halle, Hoyerswerda, Rostock, Mölln, Solingen, the hunt in Chemnitz or the NSU. All these were fuelled by exactly these racist narratives ‘They steal our workplace and housing’. They are products of racist slander being spread by AfD and Co. They emerge from the stigmatisation through media and police, of migrants` community spaces, such as Shisha-Bars, which are labelled as `dangerous places`. They are proof that in capitalism the lives of migrants are worth less than those of others.
Not to trust this state…
A survivor of the 19. February attack said at a rally: ‘So I ask myself: Who actually protects who in this country?’. A more than justified question, with a police and military force, that are riddled with groups which are gathering weapons and ammunition in preparation for ‘day X’ of a right-wing seizure of power.
Racism is common practice in German administrative bodies: The discrimination of migrants is upheld with racism in schools, in the asylum law, controls of public spaces and police brutality. We can`t simply change this with ‘Diversity Training’ and reflection, as especially the police can`t simply break out of a racist system when it is rather their job to protect it.
We therefore cannot rely on the state in the fight against racism and nationalists.
Our only chance of security is to unite in solidarity, creating an antifascist self-protection against the right-wing division.
…Building a countervailing force from below!
Wherever there is injustice there are also those who fight together for a better life.
‘Say their names’ is a good start. Though the time of talking has long passed! Let us fight together against racists and nationalists. Let us disturb them wherever they appear and confront them with our resistance. Let us curb their scope of action, take away every stage they can get.
In order to truly overcome racism we have to take away the ground it feeds on. This is why our fight against racism is also a fight against capitalism.
In the words of Ferhat Unvar: ‘We are only dead when we are forgotten.’
The pain and the mourning of the death of the nine people in Hanau remains until today.
That is why we want to take our grief and our anger to the streets together on Sunday, 19th February 2023 at 15:00, starting with a rally, followed by a demonstration and memorial event.

Hanau’da gerçekleşen ırkçı cinayetler 19 Şubat 2023’te üçüncü kez anılacak. Ferhat Unvar, Hamza Kurtović, Said Nesar Hashemi, Vili Viorel Păun, Mercedes Kierpacz, Kaloyan Velkov, Fatih Saraçoğlu, Sedat Gürbüz ve Gökhan Gültekin.
Açık soruların hiçbirinin gerçekten yanıtlanmadığından sonra üç yıl geçti: Arena Bar’ın acil çıkışı neden kilitliydi? Acil durum çağrısına neden ulaşılamadı? Failin babası neden öldürülen insanların ailelerini tehdit etmeye devam edebiliyor? „Mükemmel polislik“ efsanesi neden savunulmaya devam ediyor?
Failin itiraf mektubunun yer aldığı web sitesinin suçtan günler önce yayında olduğunu biliyoruz. Görevlendirilen SEK polislerinden en az 13’ü aşırı sağcı sohbet gruplarının parçasıydı. Tam bir aydınlanma yerine merhumlar aşağılanıyor ve yakınları taciz ediliyor. Irkçı tehdit konuşmaları alıyorlar ve 19 Şubat anma girişimi baskı altına alınıyor. Tek fail miti ile cinayetler apolitikleştirilmekte ve ırkçılığa karşı gerekli direniş itibarsızlaştırılmaktadır.
Irkçılığın bir sistemi olduğu toplumda münferit vakalar yoktur!
Hanau talihsiz bir tesadüf ya da kısmet değildi. Sadece yanlış zamanda yanlış yerde bulunan insanlar değildi. Bu saldırı, toplumumuzun derinlerine işlemiş olan ırkçılığın (korkunç) gerçek sonuçları olduğunun ortaya çıktığı birçok üzücü olaydan biridir.
Irkçılık, kökleri sömürgecilikte ve köleleştirme yoluyla sermaye birikimine dayanan, tarihsel olarak gelişmiş bir baskı mekanizmasıdır. Bugün içinde yaşadığımız sistem olan kapitalizm de ırkçılık üzerine kuruludur. Çalışması için her zaman bir „yukarı“ ve „aşağı“ya ihtiyacı vardır. O, ezilenler arasındaki rekabetten yararlanır ve direnişin ortaya çıkabileceği yerlerde nefret uyandırır.“

قتل نژادپرستانه فرهات اونور، حمزه کورتوویچ، سعید نثار هاشمی، ویلی ویورل پاون، مرسدس کی یرپاچ، کالویان ولکوف، فاتح ساراچ اوغلو، سادات گوربوز و گوخان گلتکین در هانائو در تاریخ۱۹/۰۲/۲۰۲۳سومین سالگرد خود را خواهد داشت.
سه سال گذشت بدون اینکه هیچ یک از سؤالات به درستی برطرف شود: چرا خروجی اضطراری Arena-Bar قفل شد؟ چرا به خط اورژانس قابل دسترسی نبود؟ چرا پدر عامل جنایت می تواند به تهدید خانواده های قربانیان ادامه دهد؟ چرا افسانه دروغین „کار عالی پلیس“ تا به امروز حفظ شده است؟
اما می دانیم: سایت عامل جنایت و اعترافاتش چند روز قبل از جنایت آنلاین بود. حداقل ۱۳ نفر از افسران SEK عضو چت گروه های راست افراطی بودند. به جای تحقیقات کامل، قربانیان تحقیر شدند و بستگان مورد آزار و اذیت قرار گرفتند. آنها تهدیدهای نژادپرستانه دریافت می کنند و ابتکار یادبود ۱۹ فوریه تحت فشار قرار می گیرد. با افسانه تروریست گرگ تنها، قتل ها غیرسیاسی اعلام شده و مقابله لازم علیه نژادپرستی بی اعتبار می شود.
هیچ مورد جداگانه ای وجود ندارد وقتی که نژادپرستی سیستمیک است!
هاناو تصادفی ناگوار نبود. حضور افراد اشتباه در مکان اشتباه و در زمان اشتباه نبود. این حمله یکی از بسیار وقایع غم انگیز است که نشان می دهد نژادپرستی عمیقاً در جامعه ما عواقب (وحشتناک) واقعی دارد.
نژادپرستی مکانیزمی برای سرکوب است که ریشه در آغاز سرمایه داری از طریق استثمار بیش از حد و برده داری در امر استعمار دارد.
سرمایه داری، سیستمی که ما امروز در آن زندگی می کنیم بر اساس نژادپرستی است. همیشه برای کار کردن به یک „بالا“ و „پایین“ نیاز دارد. از رقابت بین سرکوبشدگان سود میبرد و در جایی که مقاومت در حال شکل گیری است، نفرت و تفرقه ایجاد میکند.
عمدتاً مهاجران هستند که به مشاغل نامطمئن دست می یابند. این پناهندگانی هستند که در مرزهای خارجی اروپا و در دریای مدیترانه جان خود را از دست می دهند و اخراج می شوند. اگر آنها به اروپا برسند، آنها هستند که برای کمبود شغل، مسکن و فضاهای مهدکودک مقصر شناخته می شوند. این برای کسانی مفید است که از استثمار مزدبگیران در سرمایه داری سود می برند. چرا که نژادپرستی به راحتی میتوان از این واقعیت مخفی کرد که دستمزدهای پایین، افزایش اجاره بها و کمبود سیستم بهداشتی و اجتماعی در واقع محصولات سیستم سرمایهداری سود محور هستند. نژادپرستی علت واقعی را می پوشاند و مردم را در جایی که کنار هم پتانسیل مبارزه برای جامعه ای وجود دارد که در آن نیازهای مردم در پیش زمینه است، از هم جدا می کند.
نژادپرستی می کشد!
اوج غم انگیز خشونت نژادپرستانه قتل در هانائو، هاله، هویرسوردا، روستوک، مولن، سولینگن، شکار در کمنیتس یا NSU است. همه اینها دقیقاً توسط این روایت های نژادپرستانه „آنها محل کار و مسکن ما را می دزدند“ تقویت شده است. آنها محصول تهمت های نژادپرستانه ای هستند که توسط AfD و Co منتشر می شود. انها از انگ زدن بدست رسانه ها و پلیس، به فضاهای اجتماعی مهاجران، مانند قهوه خانه ها، که به عنوان „مکان های خطرناک“ برچسب گذاری شده اند، بیرون می آیند. آنها گواه این هستند که درسیستم سرمایه داری ارزش زندگی مهاجران از زندگی دیگران کمتر است.
اعتماد نکردن به این سیستم…
یکی از بازماندگان حمله ۱۹ فوریه در یک تجمع گفت: « از خودم میپرسم: واقعاً چه کسی در این کشور از چه کسی محافظت میکند؟». سوالی کاملا موجه، وقتی نیروی پلیس و نظامی مملو از افرادی هستند که در حال جمع آوری اسلحه و مهمات برای آماده شدن برای «روزموعود تصرف قدرت توسط جناح راست هستند.»
نژادپرستی در ارگانهای اداری آلمان رایج است: تبعیض علیه مهاجران با نژادپرستی در مدارس، در قوانین پناهندگی، کنترل فضاهای عمومی و خشونت پلیس تایید میشود. ما نمیتوانیم این موضوع را به سادگی با «آموزش تنوع» و تأمل تغییر دهیم، زیرا پلیس نمیتواند به سادگی از یک سیستم نژادپرستانه خارج شود، در حالی که وظیفه آنها محافظت از مهاجران در مقابل نژادپرستی است.
بنابراین ما نمی توانیم در مبارزه با نژادپرستی و ملی گرایایی به دولت تکیه کنیم.
تنها شانس ما برای امنیت این است که متحد شویم و یک حفاظت شخصی ضد فاشیستی در برابر جناح راست تفرقه افکن ایجاد کنیم.
… ساختن یک نیروی متقابل از پایین!
هر جا بی عدالتی وجود دارد، کسانی نیز هستند که با هم برای زندگی بهتر مبارزه می کنند.
„اسم آنها را بگویید“ این شروع خوبی است. گرچه برای صحبت کردن دیر است! بیایید با هم علیه نژادپرستان و ملی گرایان مبارزه کنیم. هر جا ظاهر شدند جلویشان بایستیم و با مقاومت با آنها مقابله کنیم. بیایید دامنه عمل آنها را محدود کنیم، هر مکان و تریبونی را ازانها بگیریم.
برای اینکه واقعاً بر نژادپرستی غلبه کنیم، باید زمینی را که نژادپرستی از آن تغذیه می کند، از بین ببریم. به همین دلیل است که مبارزه ما با نژادپرستی، مبارزه با سرمایه داری نیز هست.
به قول فرهات اونور: «ما فقط زمانی میمیریم که فراموش شده باشیم.»
درد و ماتم مرگ ۹ نفر در هانائو تا امروز باقی است.
به همین دلیل است که می خواهیم با هم در روز یکشنبه ۱۹ فوریه ۲۰۲۳ ساعت ۱۵:۰۰ با شروع یک تجمع و سپس تظاهرات و مراسم یادبود غم و خشم خود را به خیابان ها برسانیم.
